Trafficking sheet automation

Trafficking sheet automation without manual column mapping

Build a reviewable trafficking output from the campaign files your team already uses, instead of recreating spreadsheet mappings for every campaign.

In short: Trafficking sheet automation converts campaign source data into a structured trafficking output by detecting fields, matching related records and flagging exceptions that still need human review.

What is trafficking sheet automation?

A trafficking sheet is commonly used to organise the information required to set up digital advertising: placement names and IDs, creatives, markets, formats, sizes, landing pages, rates, impressions and other campaign values.

When those details live across separate workbooks, teams can spend significant time copying, reconciling and checking rows. Automation can make that preparation repeatable while preserving a clear review step.

What files does TraffiqGen use?

The current beta is designed around three common campaign sources: a Media Plan, a CMM or creative matrix, and a Prisma or other platform export.

TraffiqGen examines sheet names, headers, sample values and cross-file relationships to identify the fields needed for generation. The goal is to avoid a manual mapping screen where the operator has to re-explain the same campaign structure.

What goes into the generated trafficking output?

Depending on the source files and what can be identified confidently, the output can bring together:

  • Markets or countries.
  • Partners, publishers or inventory signals.
  • Creative names, formats, dimensions or video lengths.
  • Placement names and platform placement IDs.
  • Landing pages.
  • Rates and estimated impressions.
  • Visible indicators for rows that need review.

Why keep exceptions visible?

A generated spreadsheet is only useful if operators can tell where the source data was incomplete or ambiguous. TraffiqGen is designed to leave missing IDs, blank landing pages or unmatched media values visible instead of silently filling them with an unsupported guess.

This turns QA into a smaller exception-review task rather than another full manual comparison of every row.

Does TraffiqGen replace campaign QA?

No. The output should always be checked before it is sent to Ad Ops, uploaded to an advertising platform or used for campaign execution.

TraffiqGen reduces repetitive preparation work; it does not remove the need for campaign ownership, approvals or final platform checks.

Try TraffiqGen on a real campaign

One complete beta generation is included. Upload a media plan, CMM / creative matrix and Prisma or other platform export, then review the generated trafficking output.
