Media trafficking automation from planning files to output

TraffiqGen helps connect media planning data, creative information and platform placement data into one trafficking-ready campaign output.

In short: Media trafficking automation streamlines the operational work of transforming campaign planning and creative data into structured information that can be reviewed before ad-platform activation.

What is media trafficking automation?

Media trafficking sits at the point where a campaign plan becomes executable setup. That requires the right creative to be associated with the right market, placement, landing page, platform ID and media values.

The challenge is that those details are often produced by different teams and stored in different files. Automation helps reconcile the files before the campaign reaches activation.

A typical automated trafficking workflow

TraffiqGen's current beta follows a simple three-source workflow:

  • Media Plan: campaign markets, inventory, placements, rates and impression values.
  • CMM / Creative Matrix: creative names, markets, formats, sizes and landing pages.
  • Prisma / Platform Export: platform placement names and IDs.
  • TraffiqGen: structure detection, cross-file matching, exception checks and generated output.

What makes cross-file matching difficult?

Campaign files are rarely perfectly standardised. Sheet names change, header rows move, abbreviations differ, and the same placement can be described differently across planning, creative and platform systems.

TraffiqGen therefore looks at more than a single column heading. Its current rules use headers, sample values and relationships between the uploaded files to identify likely fields and matching signals.

How is this different from an ad server or DSP?

Ad servers and DSPs activate and manage campaigns. TraffiqGen focuses on the preparation stage before that activation. It does not bid for media, serve ads or replace platform controls.

The product's role is to reduce the manual spreadsheet work required to build a coherent trafficking output from campaign source data.

What does a safe automated workflow look like?

A safe workflow should automate repeatable transformations, preserve the source logic and make uncertainty obvious. Operators should be able to review missing platform IDs, landing pages or media values before any output is used downstream.

That is why TraffiqGen's beta emphasises exception visibility rather than promising fully autonomous campaign activation.

Try TraffiqGen on a real campaign

One complete beta generation is included. Upload a media plan, CMM / creative matrix and Prisma or other platform export, then review the generated trafficking output.
