1. About TraffiqGen
TraffiqGen is software designed to help automate the preparation of AdOps trafficking outputs from campaign source files. The beta may change as detection rules, supported templates, output formats and account features are improved.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. TraffiqGen is intended for professional and business use.
Standard beta accounts currently include one complete generation. Additional generations or broader team access may be granted or arranged separately. Public paid pricing is not offered on the beta website.
3. Your files and permissions
You retain ownership of the campaign files and content you provide. You must have the right and authority to use those materials with TraffiqGen. Do not upload passwords, authentication secrets, malicious files, unlawful material, unnecessary personal data or information you are not authorised to process.
4. How the beta processes files
The current browser-based beta is designed to process uploaded campaign workbooks locally in your browser rather than persist their contents in the TraffiqGen account database. Account, usage, enquiry and feedback metadata may be stored as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Review of generated output
TraffiqGen uses rules and automated structure detection to interpret campaign files and match records. The service can surface uncertain or missing data, but it may still make mistakes, miss an issue or produce an output that requires adjustment.
You are responsible for checking all generated trafficking data before it is sent to AdOps, uploaded to an advertising platform, used to spend media budget or relied on for campaign execution.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse TraffiqGen, attempt to bypass account or generation controls, interfere with service security, access another user's information, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful activity.
7. TraffiqGen intellectual property
TraffiqGen and its software, interfaces, branding and underlying product logic remain the property of their respective owner(s). These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the beta service; they do not transfer ownership of TraffiqGen.
8. Feedback
If you choose to provide product feedback, you permit TraffiqGen to use that feedback to develop, improve and operate the service. Avoid including confidential campaign information in free-text feedback unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
9. Availability and changes
The beta may be changed, paused, limited or discontinued. We may change supported file structures, generation limits and beta features. Where practical, material user-facing changes will be reflected on the website or communicated through the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or address security concerns. You may stop using the service at any time and can permanently delete your account and linked data through the Account & Data page.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the beta is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every agency template or campaign workflow. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraffiqGen is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta, including losses caused by using unreviewed generated output. You remain responsible for final campaign checks, approvals and platform execution. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the beta develops. The current version will be published here with an updated date. Continued use after a material change means the updated terms apply from that point.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply to you in another jurisdiction.
