1. Who we are

TraffiqGen is an AdOps trafficking automation product operated from the United Kingdom. For privacy questions, data requests or complaints about how your information is handled, contact hello@traffiqgen.com.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use TraffiqGen, we may process:

• Account information: email address, name, company or agency, role, account status and sign-in information.
• Usage information: generation count, generation timestamps, optional campaign label, beta access level and account activity.
• Enquiries: your name, email, company, team size and the message you submit through the website.
• Beta feedback: ratings, comments and the campaign label or context attached to the feedback.
• Technical information: limited hosting, security and request logs generated by our infrastructure providers when you use the service.

3. Campaign files

Media plans, CMM / creative matrices and Prisma or platform exports are processed inside the browser-based TraffiqGen beta. We do not intentionally store those uploaded workbook contents in the TraffiqGen account database. The browser may hold them temporarily in memory while the generation is running.

You should only upload campaign material you are authorised to use and should avoid including passwords, authentication credentials, unnecessary personal data or special-category personal data.

4. Why we use information

We use account and usage information to provide the beta, authenticate users, enforce the free-generation limit, secure the service, respond to support requests and understand how the product is performing. We use enquiries to respond to access or commercial questions, and feedback to improve TraffiqGen.

Where applicable under UK data-protection law, these uses are based on taking steps to provide the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure beta product, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

5. Service providers

TraffiqGen currently relies on specialist providers to operate the service, including:

• Supabase for authentication and account/usage database services.
• Vercel for website and serverless application hosting.
• Resend for transactional emails such as beta welcome and enquiry messages.

These providers may process limited information on our behalf in accordance with their own security, privacy and infrastructure arrangements. Some processing may take place outside the United Kingdom; where required, transfer safeguards are handled through the relevant provider arrangements.

6. How long we keep information

Account and linked usage data are kept while your beta account remains active and are deleted when you use the self-service account deletion feature, subject to limited information we may need to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal or dispute purposes. Enquiries and beta feedback may be retained for a reasonable period to manage the beta, product decisions and follow-up. Infrastructure providers may retain technical logs according to their operational retention settings.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, and to obtain a copy of your information. You can download a copy of the account data TraffiqGen stores directly from your Account page.

8. Deleting your account and data

Signed-in users can permanently delete their TraffiqGen account from the Account & Data page. This removes the authentication account, profile, generation history, feedback and enquiries linked to that signed-in account.

If you submitted an enquiry while signed out, it may not be technically linked to your account. You can ask us to locate and delete such an enquiry by emailing us from the same address used for the enquiry.

9. Security

TraffiqGen uses authentication, row-level database access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections and restricted application permissions to limit access to beta account data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

10. Children

TraffiqGen is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the beta develops, including as new integrations or commercial features are introduced. The latest version and update date will always be published on this page.
